Shoeboxes are go!

The Ladies’ Coffee Morning group has put together 27 boxes for the Operation Christmas Child appeal. It’s not the first time that they’ve taken part in the event, but it is the most the group has collected since it started.

Brenda Skull who leads the group said. ‘Their generosity is amazing. I think it’s because Operation Christmas Child touches our hearts, it’s the idea that all these things will really be treasured by the children they’re going to because they have so little.’

The group meets every Wednesday during termtime, starting at 10am.
